The event is held annually in the month of June in Golferenzo (PV) .
Since the first edition of 2011, Golferenzo Saxbere has become a classic event in Oltrepo Pavese, both for wine producers and for its addicts. The 2013 edition saw, in fact, the participation of over 1,000 people counting Wine Producers, representatives of the wine industry, representatives of Public Information, and ordinary guests.
The growing appreciation of Golferenzo Saxbere is the result of the commitment of its members in the organization and in the implementation of the event, with the complicity of the beauty of the historic center of Golferenzo. The event, in fact, takes place during the evening hours, starting at sunset until late at night.
Participants have the opportunity to taste the best Oltrepo wine production in the magnificent setting of the Ancient Town and its many hidden corners. Armed with the now classic Saxbere glass for tasting, in the course of the evening the guests, therefore, got the opportunity to enjoy the traditional risotto choosing from a variety of dressings.
